Cassidy Clark
Cassidy Clark is an associate attorney at Olivier & Schreiber P.C..
Cassidy represents plaintiffs in individual, class, and representative actions.
Before joining O&S in 2022, Cassidy was an Associate at a Bay Area workers’ rights law firm. She has experience litigating against government entities and large corporations. During law school, she interned at Equal Rights Advocates and a plaintiffs’ employment law firm, and was a clinical student at the East Bay Community Law Center.
Cassidy is an active member of the legal community. She is a volunteer supervising attorney and lecturer at the Disability Workers’ Rights Clinic at Legal Aid at Work and a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association. She has published articles in Plaintiff Magazine regarding disability accommodation and whistleblower retaliation law.

Cassidy received her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of law in 2020. At Berkeley Law, she was the President of If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice, a Board Member of the Reproductive Justice Project, a clinical student at the East Bay Community Law Center, and a volunteer for the Name and Gender Change Workshop.
