Monique Olivier to speak at American Bar Association’s Forum on Air and Space Law

The ABA will hold its annual Air and Space Law Meeting from September 9 to 11, 2020.  O&S Partner Monique Olivier will join a panel to explore recent trends in employment litigation affecting the airline industry. Ms. Olivier will discuss the Bernstein v. Virgin America case and how it has affected the relationship between federal and state labor laws as applied to airline employees.
