O&S Files Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Case Against Yolo County

O&S filed a complaint this week on behalf of a terminated, female employee of Yolo County’s Public Works Division.  The complaint alleges O&S’s client was wrongfully terminated and retaliated against after enduring months of sexual harassment from her male supervisor and coworkers, and after she took time off to care for her disabled child.
