O&S Wins Summary Judgment for over 2,000 Virgin America Flight Attendants

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District issued a series of rulings finding that Virgin America, Inc. violated California wage laws by failing to pay for hundreds of thousands of hours of ground time worked by flight attendants. The Court also denied Virgin’s bids to decertify the Class and to stay the action. O&S Partner Monique Olivier, along with Kosinski + Thiagaraj PC and Shepherd Finkelman Miller & Shah PC represent the Class. Plaintiffs will seek judgment from the Court in excess of $60M to compensate the Class for their wage loss.
